Weather is the condition of the air that surrounds the earth. The weather may be hot or cold, cloudy or clear, windy or calm. And it may bring frost , rain, snow, sleet, or hail.
Climate is the sum of all weather events in an area during a long period of time. Climatologists often describes the climate in terms of an area's average monthly and yearly (1) temperatures and (2) amounts of precipitation - which consists of rain, snow, hail, and other forms of moisture that fall to the earth.

Climate is the average weather usually taken over a 30-year time period for a particular region and time period. Climate is not the same as weather, but rather, it is the average pattern of weather for a particular region. Weather describes the short-term state of the atmosphere.

There is a big difference. The "climate" of a certain area is based on the temperature, rain, snow, barometric pressure... etc, over a long period of time(years). The "weather" is based on the same variables but only over a short period of time.
