Typhoid is an infection ( a salmonella infection) that causes high fever and diarrhea.
Obviously, you can't get this bacteria from self gratification.
That is, unless you were particularly creative.

Yes you can get typhoid while masturbating. If you happen to bitten by a typhoid carrying mosquito while doing it. otherwise it won't fall off.

typhoid is caused by the bacteria salmonella typhi which you get from contaminated food or water. masturbation does not cause disease although in your case, i think you're already sick to begin with
