Yep. Off hand I believe it's pretty much a general rule (though in English, rules WERE made to be broken), that if an adjective can have 'er' added, it can also have 'est' added.

"That was harsh"
"OMG, that was even harsher."
"Wow, that answer was totally the harshest."
