Dear friend,
Life is as it is , its we who make it, spoil it, or nick name it. In present development stage life has been some thing so rapid with the aim of progressing that individuals have lost their own identity. Man had forgotten that he is after all a human being, not a machine.
It may be due to present day competitation for job/achieving the aim and progressing . Life style had dramtically changed, people have started takeing their food standing, hurry and worry, you cant tell where they dont rush up in present life scenario. If some one wants to be present in some perticular meeting/appointment in early hrs of morning you can just emagine how he/she gets up and start getting fresh in hurry and reach in time.
One has to be active, at the same time we have to spare some time for family and self enjoyment it changees the mindset and even gives your mind some rest. Its the mind which requires more rest than the body at young age. Once we grow up we cant control the thinking of mind but we have to control our diet and body.

we feel tired when we find our surroundings and job monotonous and dull. Life can be made interesting by changing our routine and taking mor positive approach. If the tiresomeness persists, the remedy lies in solving health problem if any by taking medical advice, changing our routines for a while, taking short holiday etc. or planning to visit some friend relation whose memory we cherish but a long time has elapsed since met him.

Maybe you are tiresome! Develop some interests outside yourself. READ!! Preferably some of the classics. Go outside and look at the beauty in nature. EXPAND your mind.
Do something for someone who needs assistance. VOLUNTEER somewhere, maybe the Senior Center. The elderly have fascinating stories. Your life is only tiresome because your world is too limited. Do something constructive. Learn to spell.

Life is not tired its your spirit that is drained.
Get a refueling of life by enjoying the good things in life,
Think of things in a positive way and get closer to God.
When I do good things for others without tooting my own horn, it makes me feel really good about myself and no one can take that feeling away from me, no one!
Plus I feel that I am making some good points with God, that will somewhat counter act the bad, well I can hope can't I.
Be more giving and caring, its a good feeling and it will give you a new zest in life!!

It's all in the mind... if u think it's tiresome then it will be and it is.
Life is hard n that's a fact... but we can always choose to be positive (think positively). That way life wud be so much better.
And if u hv friends that will be better too!

Life is about the challenges, not the triumphs. Life give you problems so you can make the best of them. Just keep doing the best you can. That's all that matters.

Life is just too busy and will often take a toll on us all. I find it best to have one day out of the week which is just mine. I go to a local "paint your own pottery" store and just focus on being creative. Find something that makes you happy, and do it.

IT is... lol Life can be difficult.. But if you get rid of the things that cause you stress and have some fun it can get alot better... Life is short ... Enjoy it as much as you can !

because life is not easy...there are too many things to consider...to make it less stressful: do not dwell on things that have come to pass or things you have no control over....take your life one day at a time...dont think about things that are yet to happen...take time to relax and pamper yourself....never bite more than you can chew, meaning do not undertake responsibilites that you cannot handle on your own...you can always ask somebody to help you...think positive....
