What he is doing is pretending his mother needs all kinds of free services/rent, etc. and it's legal because she signed over her home and assets to him. BTW, he has always been highly critical of poor and disabled people getting assistance.

What would I say to someone who is milking the system?

Squeeze the teat at the top and pull down.

I'd tell him to stop stealing American tax dollars from the pockets of Illegal Immigrants.

I'd say "How dare you try and retrieve all that money you never wanted to pay.
~
I'd say: "What kind of a bastard does something just because it's legal. "
~
I'd ask the Democrats to end welfare so this sort of abuse doesn't happen.

I'd say: "You are a mean spirited Republican, stop taking care of your Mom."
~
I'd say: "Shame on you. That money was meant to bribe the poor to vote Democrat."

Turn his sorry *** in. He's taking money from people who *need* it. People like that are a waste of natural resources.
But I don't see wtf his political beliefs have to do with this - I've seen a lot of welfare fraud, and greed doesn't know partisan boundaries.
