Your club has a great pitching staff-they just need more runs scored. Whats in the works for next season as far as beefing up the offense, or what would YOU like to see happen as far as the Jays getting more run production?

It will largely depend on whether or not Ted Rogers increases the teams budget for next season. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ted okay another player or two.

Mostly they just need Vernon Wells to regain his hitting form and for Lyle Overbay to stay healthy. The Jays have a fine line-up, it was just too inconsistent this season.

Making too many changes is also risky because the current Jays line-up is defensively spectacular. The Jays got Gold Glove calibre players at every non-pitching position except catcher.

They really need to seem a good right-handed bat off the bench as their best bat on the bench is that of Matt Stairs and he can be a little streaky vs. Left-handed pitchers.
