Wanting to go back to school and get my Masters Degree, but not sure what would be a good supplement to the Bachelors degree that I already have. Something in Sales or Advertising, or maybe public administration...any suggestions?

An MBA has applicability to a lot of fields. It's one you should definitely consider.

As has been said, at the entry level in this industry, jobs are pretty low. Put in some time though and you will move up. Just make sure you're working somewhere that even needs an MBA who is not the owner. Small mom and pop shops won't be the place - regional office of an international chain though....

You might also consider Human Resources Development (aka Training and Development) - I enjoy it a lot. It's a field too that has applicability beyond the hospitality industry but the hospitality industry has a demand for trainers that is second only to IT. ☺

This very much depends on what you want to do. I got my bachelor's in Hotel & Restaurant Management, and then went on for an MBA. What I discovered was that none of the restaurant chains I talked to respected formal education, and they all wanted to start me back working the deep-fryer and sweeping the floor. I finally gave up and left the field altogether for one which had some appreciation for education.

I think I would think long and hard about which aspect of your business you like the most. Do you have a hospitality job now?

Do you like the business side, the advertising side, or the people side. I would recommend sociology or an equivalent "people" degree if you like dealing with customers. If you like developing a market (not just advertising) then go for marketing.

Just think about what you like best and zone in on it.

Before considering a graduate degree, you need to know what you want and what you will get from the program. Graduate school isn't like undergrad where you can just take whatever you please and hope it leads you somewhere you like.

Ask yourself, what do you want to do and why? Then research graduate programs and decide if any of them are applicable to your future goals.
