Please get to your doctor or the ER tomorrow. C'mon, sweetie! Use your common sense! A doctor will fix you up, and you'll feel better physically and mentally. Don't put this one off.
Btw, fatigue is the main symptom of anemia. I want you at the doctor TOMORROW. Miss school if you have to. They'll write you a note. Sincerely, -LL

A couple of my friends and cousins had this problem. They got it checked out with a gynecologist.
What my friends had was called Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Basically, you get cysts on your ovaries, which causes you all kinds of symptoms. However, all of them can control the constant period with birth control.
Even if you do not have PCOS, you should talk to your parents or your doctor about seeing a gynecologist, because this constant period is unusual. There could be something seriously wrong, so it is always good to just check and be certain you are ok.

umm if your period went for over a week or your natural time you should have gone and seen a doctor. go tell someone like mum, sister, roomie or a female neighbour to take you to the doctor if you want someone there. anaemia is where you don't get enough red blood cells. in other words if you are a vegetarian, vegan or just dont eat enough red meat you could be feeling tired or you cant concentrate. you shouldn't be paranoid you should be worried. dont get too worried, just be careful. go see a doctor pleaseeee. even for young girls that isnt normal to have your period that long.

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Bleeding like that is not normal. You shouldn't have any bleeding at all between periods. You probably already are anemic from all the bleeding.

Go to the doctor and they will probably put you on the pill to even you out. That happened to me when I turned 40 and the doc said my body was trying to start in the change of life, so he put me on the pill. Have you talked to your mom about this?

I don't think that's normal. 5 month is ALONG time. You should check with your Dr. ASAP. I don' think it's anemia tho. Yet, you don't seem that worried.

you're not paranoid, bleeding for 5 months straight is not good for you, i would see a doctor about it. they might put you on birth control pills even if you're not sexually active because they regulate your cycle
