Can anyone tell me the name of this book?

This is hard because I don't even know the author.

The book is about a woman who lives on an estate and hires a young boy to tend to the grounds. He lives above the garage. Then a baby is left on the doorstep and the boy finds it. He does not tell the woman at first. He cares for the baby. Eventually the woman finds out. In the end, they find the mother and he has to give the baby back to her. It is a really good book. Please help!
