There are 2 mysterious members in the Akatsuki: a man and a woman that is and she is indeed blue haired. The text refers at them as the Akatsuki leaders. However, the name of the AL was recently mentioned in the manga. He is Uchiha Madara aka Toby.

al= akatsuki leader

and bh=blue hair(i think)
*spoilers if you don't read the manga*
their names are pein and kanon (i think)
kanon is the only female in the akatsuki
