... and by this I mean that this guy/girl looked liked a celebrity, but he/she had the worst social skills, and acted like a complete goof all the time, to the point where if you were in public, it would be embarassing. Would you give him/her a chance or would you bolt?

It depends, I would have to be in that Situation to either stay with that person or Leave them. In fact you should see that New Ben Stiller Movie about this very subject ( The Heartbreak Kid ).

I'd bolt! Beauty on the outside turns to really ugly if the total package doesn't add up.

You can always work on social skills. I kinda like the goofy stuff, and I don't think I am so shallow that I would only be attracted to looks alone.

I would bolt... I mean looks don't hurt anything, but I would rather have a guy who is somewhat mature, fun and pleasant to be around!
