Scrape it out with a plastic spoon,
place it between 2 sheets of "Viva" paper towels,
put it in a warm, but dry place.
It should dry out in a few hours!
My ex retired from DEA in 1998.

Maybe you should just throw it away lol..Seriously it's been wet first of all then the blunt was soaked in detergent and bleach(if you used that too)
