First, find out how their getting in and eliminate those points of entry.

Second, look at the area near your rooms window / door. Are there any spots of leaf litter, dead grass, etc. that would be inviting to insects? If so, eliminate those magnets for the bugs. If you have overgrown bushes, get them trimmed. Sometimes just cleaning up yard debris, can effectively eliminate infestations.

Third, you may need to spray the boundary, around the house, with a spray similar to liquid seven.

Get some silicone caulking and reseal around the outside doorframes, and windows, that way the insects can't get inside, also check the screens on your windows for holes that could let mosquitos in. Then spray RAID (or another good bug spray) along the frames and walls for any remaining bugs.

Hope this helps, I had to do my whole house like this, because we were having cave crickets, and spiders coming in, and we've had no problems with them for over a year now.

Get a bug bomb, and set if off - You'll have to stay out of the house for several hours, but these really work.

RAID! Get out the Raid. We have trouble with spiders in our place. I went to Menards and bought some raid and used it this past weekend and no more spiders! Try it! It works real well.

Go to a farm store and ask them for something to cover your needs. It will work better, and cost less.
