it does grow just as fast ma'am, it just doesn't get as long and as it grows to pushes out the old hair

the hair on your arms, legs, armpits, eyebrows and genital areas have a certain length limit. they dont continuously grow like the hair on your head and beard and mustache. your arm and leg hair stop at a certain length. so they dont grow as long as your hair and you wont have to cut them or anything. :)
