Should be + 75 perhaps ??

x ² - 28 x + 75 = (x - 25) (x - 3)

Trial and error! Write

(x ) (x ).
What are the factors of 75? How about 25 and 3? Also, note 75 is negative, so they have opposing signs.

Try (x -25)(x+3). Checks out, except the middle term is wrong. ASSUMING you wrote the problem right, this can NOT be factored!

I'm pretty sure that that one doesn't factor evenly.

Checked it on my TI-89 Titanium. It said the same thing. Though both of us might be wrong.
