Or are these uneducated nutjobs - and I do mean uneducated , students and the unemployed folks that still live in their parent's basements are so anti - Republican , that they are willing to go on TV and make jokes out of themselves saying that the 911 Muslim attack was done by the U.S. Govt.

Clinton had the perpetrators of the first WTC bombing arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced.
BTW I don't believe 911 conspiracy theories. I think that Bush is incompetent. He didn't listen to his intelligence. He spent too much time on vacation to prevent our nation's greatest security breach.

I have been "educated" tonight, all these events are stepping stones on the march to globalization, or so I was told. So, no there weren't any conspiracies at the time, but sudden'y people were "awakened" to the truth after 9/11, or some fuzzy logic like that. Here, read the answers to my question to get the basic idea.

that's kind of like asking "was there a conspiracy theory when my uncle harry had a heart attack... because there was when Kennedy was shot?"

the cole and the first WTC attack were both VERY MINOR attacks relative to the size, scale, impact and well, just every possible issue surrounding the 9-11 attack, it was 1,000s of times larger... death toll... everything...

in fact... I would say that the comparison is an EXTREMELY uneducated one... that you couldn't defend if you were given several years of your life to devote to solely doing so...

No, I think there was no conspiracy guesses because the stories of what happened jived with the facts AND, most importantly, the govt didn't use the incidents as an excuse to eviscerate the constitution, didn't refer to the attacks as part of a 'trifecta.' The clintons weren't having breakfast with the terrorists' family members on the morning of the attacks, as bush sr was doing on the morning of 9/11.

If there were, there weren't as many as about 9/11.Because the FBI investigated those incidents......The '93 bombers were brought to justice. The FBI report about the Cole wasn't completed until days before Clinton left office.Since he was leaving office Clinton left it to Bush to retaliate for the Cole..........Bush did nothing about it.All Bush did was ignored terrorism until 9/11!

Um,the only people I have ever met who are into this are Republicans and conservative.

So I guess that line of reasoning doesn't apply to everybody.

But they were unemployed and one did live with her parents....
