Van Helsing is the worst action picture I even have ever seen on the action picture instruct. a buddy and that i all started guffawing till tears got here to our eyes. there is this one chase scene the place this horse drawn carriage is on hearth and jumps a substantial canyon. The cgi looked like it replaced right into a scence from the lively Rudolph the purple nostril Reindeer. yet another laughable 2d replaced into on the top the place the heroes flow off into the sundown. Van Helsing (Jackman) has this look on his face like he is going to bush out guffawing

Definately Epic Movie! Even my teenage kids thought it was bad. We all sat there thinking the others were enjoying it so none of us left it wasn't until it had finished we all said how pathetically stupid it was and we could have left earlier!

I'm sure lots of people will disagree with me (though I can't imagine why)... But I might say Sin City. I know Frank Miller is renowned as being a great masterful writer... But I swear he writes like a 15-year-old goth kid trying waaaay too hard to sound like a good writer. His narative voice is so badly poetic ("She falls like a leaf from a dying tree"), his plots are just a bunch of BS serving no purpose other than giving him something to fit a bunch of extreme violence into, and (as much as I like violence in stories) when he does it, it just seems like he's trying too hard to shock people, as if thats the only way he can think of to seem like a good writer. Give me a break. Sin City (book and movie) sucked.

Now that I've gotten that off my chest...
