Let's explore this. I don't have enough information to give you a solid answer because I don't know if they are a co-worker, a neighbor or a person who wants to be friends with you.
So, I would say to confront this person and tell them what it is about them that you are not comfortable with. This would give them a chance to address your concerns and perhaps take appropriate actions or changes in their behavior towards you. Then, if they are unable to fulfill your request, then it would be logical for you to politely ask them to discontinue bothering you.

I put up with a lot of stuff for a lot of years. If somebody is bothering me, believe me they'll know it and I wouldn't have any problem to go away and never come back. Life's too short to put up with stuff like that.

Absolutely! I would never hold any rancor for that person, I would just erase it from my mind and my heart for ever. I would never give that person the opportunity to bother me again.

Nah. Not to "never come back." Unless they were a stalker or someting weird like that. I just don't like to wright people off. I guess it depended on who it was and exactly what they were doing.

Sometimes. But many of the times, I truly don't mean it. I am just frustrated, and all I can shout is "leave me alone!"
