Because my opinion counts as an American citizen!!! Furthermore... My ancestors struggled hard to get to today. Why would I let them down & not vote. That would be overlooking their hard times. I vote because I feel it is my duty as am American citizen.

I vote in an effort to better our country.

More importantly, I vote because I have the right to, where in many countries around the globe, the citizens don't have that luxury or option. The best way to keep that from becoming a reality here, is to exercise that right every chance you get.

Why do i vote, well because i want to be apart of democracy. Why not is the big Question why not vote. If you don not vote you are cheating democracy. what i think voting means to me is the freedom to choose, to be apart of America. But first we need to switch the whole electoral college thing to say that the popular votes wins elections and if there is a tie to use the electoral college but that's my opinion

I don't vote for elected officials I only vote on propositions and laws. The reason why I don't vote for elected officials is because I believe a majority of American politicians are corrupt liars. I don't vote for president because I believe the electoral college does not allow the minority vote to be heard.

Because it wasn't that long ago that women in this country did not have the right to vote. I vote because I can, thanks to women who fought for our right to think independent of our fathers and husbands.

Hopefully, conservative women will stop voting like their husbands. There would be less war if they did.

Why not!!! You want to let your future rest in the hands of strangers?

Why not have a little say in it?

I personally only vote on someone that has the same morals as me, I could care less what they SAY that they will do...
