I have always had trouble sleeping, so I drink chamomile tea & plenty of beer puts me to sleep.

Sleep with an electric fan, on low speed. The white noise is great but addictive!

I take an allergy pill. My allergies usually flare up during the night, (my bed is a haven for cat fur) And my allergy pill makes me super drowsy....

take a hot bath before you go to bed...and burn some candles or relaxation oil while in the bath
