You know, the voice that always says things like, 'To listen to your messages, press 1...' and other things.
Mine is a woman...I have a sneaky suspicion that the automated voice that gives you directions is the same on everyone's phones. To be sure, I'm doing this poll.
ps. What phone company do you have? Mine is Verizon. It could be that all Verizon phones have the same woman's voice...but I'm not sure about other phones.
This is just a thought.

It's usually a woman...her name is Tokyo Rose. I have gotten a man's voice when I've had technical difficulties.
