I really need someone's help! I have an oppertunity to start my own business and I have NO idea how to go about any of it! I would love to be able to talk to someone about it... help! Anyone to help walk me through it. Thanks!

Just a quick note, I do have my business type in mind, I just don't know how to go about getting a loan ect... But thank you guys for the offers!

You are right and you do need to talk to someone. Since you've never been in business before , I would strongly recommend that you talk to a business counselor before you do anything especially spend money. You have to determine whether you'll start a web based business or one with a store front. I'd call the local office of SCORE (go to http://www.score.org and input your zip code to find the chapter nearest you), the advice is FREE.
The counselor at SCORE will most likely advise you to write a business plan which is very good advice because it will force you to dig out all of the start up details and the costs of starting a small business and force you to also understand all of the aspects of this business including the customers you'll concentrate on (your market ) and how you'll go after them.
You'll need to register the business with your state controller's office and make sure that you have any city and county licenses if any are needed where you live. All of this will come out in a business plan.

If you are wanting to start your own business and are very foggy about it..this company trains you and is available for all kinds of help!!
Are you at all interested in an on-line business you can work from home?
There are some start-up costs..but the education and help that we get..plus the way we begin to get checks in the mail as we learn is quite exciting!! Any business takes some start up money..but we can either be totally on our own or with lots of help!!
We also help people with a service that is much needed so it is very fulfilling!! Check this out and see if it might be something you are interested in. I am NOT making millions right off the bat..although I have no doubt the potential is there..but I AM making a very good Income and have almost immediately.

Ask yourself if you know 10 people that would want or need the service if you're selling. and would they pay for it? If the answer is yes, than your opportunity might have some potential.
