Middle names starting with "L", "R" or "N" will flow well with with the middle sounds in Eliana so i especially like Eliana Rose.
Eliana Grace and Eliana Paige are my other favorites of that list too.

i think getting the middle name right is all about the rhythm - so you have found a first name of four syllables, you need a middle name of two!
I love the name Eliana, maybe Eliana Jewel or Rose, but i'm not sure.
i think Eliana Lily, Eliana Maisie, or Eliana Helaine!

I like Eliana Hope but Eliana Rose is nice too. Don't worry you will figure it when the time is right, I didn't even have my son's name picked out till a week before I had, we had a girls name all picked out though. We didn't know what gender till I had the baby. Good luck and whatever you pick will be right for you baby.
