butt into a conversation, without, butting in, its confusing, but if i want to get in on a conversation, maybe 2 strangers (peers of mine) are talking amongst themselves, maybe a little louder than a whisper, like normal talking, and i want to get in on the conversation for whatever reason, HOW DO I MAKE IT MORE POLITE?

Walk past them and then say hello, start general chit chat with them and then they will include you in there conversation

Pay attention to what the two peers are talking about and when there is a break between the two, quickly (and nicely) add in your comment or opinion based one the topic they were discussing. After that, they would know that you are interested in having a conversation and include you. That is the most polite way I can think of.

I say what Ellie said! :D

Often when I am in a store, people are talking about locating this or that to each other (or just mumbling aloud!), and I jump in and tell them where it is, and sometimes lead them to it. People are most greatful for the help! :)
