Well, I'm not sure but we should have started planning along time ago since the 21st century started 8 yrs. ago.

Clean house in Washington. The White House, Congress, Corporations. Every other problem will sort itself out.
None of this will matter in the 22nd century though. No, the only things you will need in the year 2200 are Ramen noodles and a shotgun.

First, give individuals the tools that they need to rise to the height of their potential, which means getting government off of their backs and out of the marketplace.
Second, re-emphasize individual responsibility.
Third, re-emphasize the importance of family.
Fourth, return to sound currency and get rid of the Federal Reserve, which is contributing to the national debt by charging the government interest on the money needed to fund the budget. Congress has authority to authorize the creation of dollars, interest free.
Fifth, give up the notion that we are the world's policeman and its rescue mission.
Sixth, return power over most issues to the states, where the American people can decide them directly instead of creating one-size-fits-all policies from D.C.

By educating ourselves more thoroughly. Going back to school and learning things like technology, and computer sciences, and taking on new languages. Giving ourselves more options for higher incomes. By not allowing the Government to walk on us. Empowering ourselves is our soul option and source of survival
