i don't know. weird. i don't think any theory of how the world was created is correct, and i'm not gonna try to find a correct theory. scientists are just retarded.

The big bang is really only the best theory of how our own universe came into existence, not necessarily the first thing that happened ever.
Like the solar system is in the galaxy and the galaxy is in the universe more then likely our universe is just one universe which exists inside some other bigger universe, which is in a bigger universe which....
For all we know the big bang may have simply been the collision of two unfathomably large objects in space at high speed.
Realistically the Big Universe as I will call it has probably just existed forever in the same form. It's infinitely big, with an infinite amount of matter and energy it. It was never created, and it will never be destroyed it just exists, because if it didn't exist then nothing would, and nobody would notice.
When scientists refer to the creation of the universe it's really just the creation of our localized universe which is so expansive we can't even recognize anything beyond it.

No. Nobody can. That's the limit.
Besides, it is not the role of scietnists to tell us what happened before the physically manifesting causal chain set into motion; ie, prior to the Big Bang if you will. That is the domain of religion, insofar as it asks about the supernatural world as opposed to the natural world (which is the one science investigates), and insofar as it asks about ultimate cause rather than proximite cause; ie. "what caused cause and effect?" Creation ex nihilo is a religious issue.
Due to the cyclic nature of nature, the Indians of South Asia have postulated that the entire lifetime of reality, or of all planes of energy manifestion (including the physical universe and any parallel ones), is the same duration as that of there being no such thing. To them, the one state is called Cosmic Day and the other is called Cosmic Night. Like on, off, on, off, and so on for equal durations. It's called the Cosmic Cycle.
They go on to say that The Absolute, or in early Christianity God the Father or the masculine aspect, remains through it all, or is sort of behind it all, or outside of the Cosmic Cycle. As a level of consciousness, they call it Cosmic Consciousness. The feminine aspect, represented in Christianity with the term God the Son (or Mother very early on), is that same consciousness, but only as it exists IN the manifested, Cosmic Day. Finally, they also say that the entire energy vibration that runs the whole manifested, Cosmic Day "stuff," is what the Christians call the Holy Ghost.
More relevantly here, this same metaphysical layout I am jabboring about has it that the Big Bang, or the moment of the physical universe coming into motion, is not the beginning by far. It is the last plane to manifest among numerous ones. It is the way the slowest bandwidth of energy vibration appears in reality. It takes form as solids, liguids, gases and some rays. Most liklely, it is the first plane to vanish as things move back toward the coming of Cosmic Night.
I hope this rambling has been entertaining in the least.
If we want to grasp this any better, we can consider the process that we ourselves go through to make something manifest physically in our lives. It starts with a soul desire, it becomes an idea, it involves emotiveness, it starts to come together, materials arrive, form takes place. Nexzt thing, the neighbors see that sometthing happened out of nowhere and voila you have a new tool shed built. They'd had no clue until badabing badaboom it was there.

if your mind can comprehend immense passage of time--like five billion years--then comprehend matter compressed into miniscule mass--the "big bang" makes sense. if your mind can only comprehend what you see around you, and one year seems like a "long time," than you are probably content to put your faith in "intelligent design." it's SO convenient to answer every question with "because god wanted it that way." it doesn't require any mental aptitude or effort. it fits perfectly into our laziness. take a physics class and LEARN something.
how likely do you really believe god's spontaneous existence to be? it boggles the mind.....

The universe didn't come from nothing. There was something there before but obviously we don't know what it was but several things had to happen at just the correct time and place to create such an incomprehensable explosion. I am certainly not an expert on the subject and I wish I had listened more closely in college but please don't ask questions in such a way that it exposes your ignorance and inability to accept things you might not understand.

It did not come from nothing. It is a repeating cycle. At the end of this cycle all matter (us and galaxies, etc.)will implode back into the primeval atom. And then it will explode again.

We can only describe what we can see, observe and record. Beyond that, it's just pure conjecture. The evidence of the big bang is infallible. What caused it or what came before it is pure conjecture....sorry.

Thank you for using your God given intelligence. God had to make the bang if it was a bang. The fact is life comes from life. The Scientists will never be able to create life nor will they ever be able to make this mortal body imortal. We the soul are eternal but this body will die thats a fact. God is the Supreme Person, and the source of eveything. Everything emanates from Him. (Also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc.) One God with many names. Your God is my God. World peace.
