I have small hazel eyes but i want to know what makeup will make them stand out more??

What I would do is wear black liquid eyeliner, black mascara, and blue or light green eyeshadow. And also some eyeshadow in the bottom of your eyes.

Use a light pink or purple shadow. Almay has a brand of eyeshadows, liners, etc. made specifically for people with hazel eyes, you might want to check that out.

I bet a LOT of people will say eyeliner, but guys hate when girls wear eyeliner unless it looks natural. If you have small eyes it makes them look even smaller and outlined....eew. Lol. I would wear some smokey eyeshadow, but not too much, and some mascara. But dont put too much!

Clinique High Definition mascara. It's $14 at just about any department store. Your eyes will pop. It is the best investment I have ever made in make up!

To make your eyes appear larger, line with a dark shadow on the top and bottom lash line, and make sure the top and bottom lines meet.

1] wear a color that contrasts with the golden tan of your eyes -
Try:
Shadows
greens - mint, lime, jade, kelly, forest, olive
blues - sky, aqua, sapphire blue, turquoise, smoke blue, navy teal
purples - lavender, bright purple, plum
Liner/Mascara [ neutral for everyday, use colors for clubbing or parties ]
dark espresso, or black if hair is black

I would try a rich brown eyeliner
