The baby begins to urinate later in the pregnancy and it is excreted into the amniotic fluid. In fact, a great deal of the amniotic fluid consists of fetal urine.
Amniotic fluid is continually being swallowed and "inhaled" and replaced through being "exhaled", as well as being urinated by the baby. Not terribly tasteful to us in more ways than one. But the developing baby doesn't mind at all. It is essential that the amniotic fluid be breathed into the lungs by the fetus in order for the lungs to develop normally.
The fetus doesn't poop until after birth because he/she isn't eating solid food, although some late babies (after 40 weeks) will have their first bowel movement in utero. It's called meconium and will stain the amniotic fluid a greenish or blackish color.

pee just goes in the amnoitic fluid, your body renews the fluid all the time (its why you have to go pee 200 times a day). As for poop, babies don't. They don't ingest any food, so they have no need to poop. Their intesintes are lined with a substance called meconium, it helps prepare them to process foods. It is usually excreted in the babues first few BM's outside of the womb, but some babies who are either in distress or overdue may have a bm in the womb, which can be dangerous.

when the baby urinates it goes into the amniotic fluid, the baby's first poop which is meconium isnt made until the baby is considered full term and the baby will not pass it until after it is born.....if it does pass it while still in the womb it can make the baby sick, but that rarely happens unless it is an overdo baby and even then it is still a rarity.

I agree with the first answer, but the meconium is very dangerous for the fetus.

wastes are removed from the blood through the umbilical cord and then the placenta. (outside of the womb, wee is how you get rid of that waste)
and because the fetus is fed through nutrients in the blood, he doen't have any solid waste. solid waste is the leftovers from food after your body has removed the good stuff.
