my bff is refusing to have her expired implants removed.any advice?

I'M TRYING TO CONVINCE A FRIEND THAT HAS BREAST IMPLANTS THAT THEY NEED TO BE REMOVED,SHE SAYS SHE'S BROKE AND CAN'T AFFORD NEW ONES. IS IT HARMFUL IN ANY WAY?

yes. but health insurance might cover the removale if its harmful to her health
