how do i find out state laws on marinol?

i live in PA and think i could qualify.for it.

Marinol is an FDA approved drug.

All you need is a doctor's prescription, and some major bucks to buy it. ($400 for 60 capsules at Walgreen's)

As far as I know, Marinol is approved by the FDA as a prescription drug, and follows the same rules as every other legal prescription in all states.
