Love. It a great feeling that gives you energy, excitement and motivation. Even when you fall out of it, you can be happy that you learnt something new and that it made you grow up and gain experience. =)

Being kissed on the forehead by my boyfriend, taking the long way, driving around with the windows down and a great song playing, a good book, animals, waking up and listening to the rain come down, the simple joys - it's in those moments that I remember how precious life is. Happiness is fleeting, joy is forever.

Yikes. Any object that is the source of happiness can be taken away.
If a hug makes you happy, someone else is now in charge of your happiness. They can refuse to hug you for as long as they please. This is also what makes social and government control so effective on the masses. Anything that the government can take away and leave you unhappy places them in power over your life.

Traveling. Happiness comes from things you do, and not things you possess. People often times associate happiness with material things because of the immediate happiness they bring. However, true happiness comes from an inner satisfaction based on one's actions. Another way to find happiness is helping others unconditionally.
