half equation... how to go about it?

write the following half equations .
ethanol to acetic acid (oxidation) ---------- > (1)
oxygen to water (reduction)----------------->(2)

Add (1) and (2)
can you please teme the answers for the addition of both the equation and how to go about doing it.

C2H5OH + H2O --------> CH3COOH + 4e- + 4H+

and

O2 + 4H+ + 4e- -------> 2H2O

So

C2H5OH + O2 -------> CH3COOH + H2O
