With my favorite time of year right around the corner I would like to know....do you hand out candy on Halloween or do you turn off the lights and pretend your not home.

I love to hand out candy but I also love taking the my kids trick or treating so my husband and I take turns staying at home. If we both go I leave 2 big cauldrons full of candy on a decorated table so that the kids can get all they want.

I set a bowl of candy on the porch, right next to my two Rottweilers, help yourself. Just kidding, I usually try to pass out something, unless we are broke and then we just close the doors, turn down the lights and watch a scary movie.

About ten little ones come
then I'm done
I have to get dressed up andway- I work in a nursing home and there's always a party for the residents

I'm at college and last year I signed up to give candy out to kids who walked around our dorms in costumes...I love giving out candy and I'm definitely going to sign up to give out candy this year too!
