You're probably rubbing too hard. Just let the skin on the outside slide up and down loosely while you pinch the shaft. And you probably need to use a lubricant, like KY. Or get a friend to give you oral. Mostly, just be gentler on yourself.

Yes, lube is key. Also try a softer grip. Finally, moisturize the penis to keep the skin smooth and soft. Man1 Man Oil is a good lotion for that, since it's actually made for the penis.

Maybe get a lubricant that is water based, that won't irritate your skin, and might make it smoother to um "masturbate" instead of just using your hand and no lubricant, as that might be a bit rough agaisnt it.
