For people, physical features include their hair/eye color, their race, their height, weight, any scars.
In regards to land, physical features refer to lakes, rivers, animal life,mountains, types of soil, land forms, desert or grassland, etc.

Physical features are the features that make up who you are (i.e. eye color, hair color, height, weight, etc.)
