I used to turn off my speakers and listen to my music through my stereo. Finally, I got fed up with MySpace overall and I switched to Facebook which is SO much better, because it has NO SPAM, NO HACKING, and it has awesome widgets called "applications" that you can add to your page. Some of these widgets have interactive games such as "Food Fight" that lets you throw virtual food at your friends, and "Free Gifts" where it lets you send an icon as a gift to your friends. The iLike application lets you lets you put music up on it, but it doesn't let the music start playing once you go to someone's page, which is a really good thing, and it also lets you download music as well! Facebook is also much more stable than MySpace in that it almost never has downtimes, unlike MySpace that has a downtime every few minutes or so with the "Unexpected Error" message.
And I forgot to mention because of its cleanliness, there's no HTML or CSS customization so there's no obnoxious colors and backgrounds. I guess that could be a good thing or bad thing, depending on who it is.
Anyways, if you're still happy with MySpace, then all I can say is good luck at dealing with the crappy music, obnoxious colors and backgrounds, and the MANY security issues and downtimes.

Look for a little rectangular box, in the box there should be a pause button. Good luck, Myspace is...quirky.
