The gym at this point should not impact your height.
Eat plenty of good food and get enough sleep. You should have a growth spurt at some point. I grew about 4 inches in a single summer when I was 14. I was around 5'6" (before the spurt). I finished growing at 6'1". However, you should also see how tall your dad, brothers and uncles are.

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

Relax, sweetie. You just haven't hit your growth spurt yet. You've got another 5-8" coming before you get to 20. Eat healthy foods, going to the gym is good for you unless you use up all your calories in the gym. Keep it to 1 or 1-1/2 hours of exercise 5 days a week. You'll be taller. I'm sure.

You are at a good height, and you are only 15, you have a few more years of growing yet, also how tall is your mum and dad? If they are tall, most likely you will be too! But there is nothing wrong with 5'7...and no the gym doesn't affect how tall you are gonna get!

Seems like you're going to be a tall guy. Every person is different so for you 5'7" at 15 could be normal. If you overdo it at the gym you might stunt your growth. Get with a personal trainer who would be able to guide you through your workout with out stunting your growth

Your bones are still growing, don't go heavy. Light weights and multiple reps can increase your strength and will not effect your growth.
