Am I a demanding customer or an obnoxious one? I have been in customer service for over 15 years. In that time I have dealt with all types of customers and I know what hoops I have had to jump through to provide good service. This has done two things to my behaviour as a customer.

1) There is never an excuse to be rude. No matter what your situation or how rotten an experience you are having, being rude to the person trying to help you is not going to help. If I am not receiving good service, I will ask for a manager or complain to corporate; but I am never rude to the person I'm dealing with.

2) I won't accept less than the service I need and deserve. If I am going to spend my money somewhere, I'm going to get my money's worth.

So, I would say I'm demanding but I don't feel I'm obnoxious.

Who me ? Not usually however I won't accept second rate service either & will usually decide whether an issue is worth following up or just walk out never to return !

I do not care to be around rude people, If I am not happy with the service I paid for, I don't go back.

I work in customer service. I can't stand people who think they shouldn't have to pay fees 'cause it's always someone elses fault (ie: payment declined due to insufficient funds)......
