I guess red necked people are somewhat all over - however I have never seen one. I was wondering if there are folks with white necks, and blue necks? Why don' t we all pool our resources to become ultra-patriotic, and just have red, white and blue necks???

Haven't you heard the Van Zant song? My hairs turnin' white, neck's always been red, collar's still blue. . . There ya go. One red neck, patriotic all by one's self. :D
Mostly what I know about being a redneck, though, is that duct tape, expandafoam, and bungee cords will just about fix anything.
Oh yeah, and our men think sitting in the garage or front porch with a 6-pack and a bug zapper are quality entertainment on a June evening. :D

Or, we could have a race war on our hands. I could imagine White hating those damned Blues. People should be transparent because on the inside we are the same...unless your are some kind of freak or maimed in a horrible accident. In that case you are different and should be cast off as untouchable.

Sometimes farmers get a sunburn on their neck, that's where the term comes from, most farmers have a tan neck though.
