You will need to get quotes for the size of your home and whether it is two story or not. It's also definitely defined by the area you live in and what is the norm there. Our two story home in Maryland usually ran around $100 to $200 depending on whether they did it with ladders or from the roof. Our home was 3300 sq. ft.

The charges for cleaning are pretty regional. Call a couple of companies in your area for quotes. You will have to tell them if they are on a one or two story house, and the approximate length of the gutters to be cleaned. You should be able to get a ball park figure over the phone.
