Yes, unless it's Michael Vick. Someone came to work the other day with a Vick jersey on; made me sick.

I wouldn't. It's only acceptable if the guy is an icon, hall of fame or just extremely well loved by the fans. Examples: Montana, Marino, Walter Payton. McNabb didn't really leave the Eagles on the best of terms much like Farve and the Packers. I don't think you'll see many Packer-Farve jerseys anytime soon. Maybe after sometime passes and the smoke clears it will be okay again but right now it's almost taboo to wear number 4 in Wisconsin.

Nope, it violates rule number one of "Sports Jersey Law."

1.) If an athlete is traded or signs as a free agent with a new team under the same governing organization/association, you can only wear his new team’s jersey.

Unless, of course, he's retired. That's all right because that is rule number four of "Sports Jersey Law."

4.) If an athlete retires, you can wear any jersey from his career.

Bolt fan, I'm a girl just so you know, Elliot is the name of the guy who laid down the law on sports jerseys. I'm with you on tucking in the jerseys, that is HORRIBLE to see, I can't stand it when people do that. I'll see if I can contact him and make that a rule.

Hell yeah you should wear your favorite teams jersey regardless if the player is on the team or not unless they are playing for a team that is your Favorite Team's Rival....but I wear my Curtis Martin JETS Jersey Proud as hell when I wear it on Gameday

I think Steeler Phoenix got his rule #s mixed up. Rule #1 is never, ever, by any means tuck in a jersey, unless of course you're actually on the team. Other than that, I agree.
