What exactly am i suppose to say? like if there's a guest at my house or im a guest at someone's house. i'm peeing..someone needs the bathroom..they knock on the door.

I don't say anything at first, because I think it is polite to acknowledge that there is somebody in there (because of the locked door) and walk away, and come back later. If the person wants to know who is in there/when they will be done, then I think you should reply with a simple, "I'll be right out" even if you need 10 or so minutes.

just say someones in here it really isnt that hard and if you are embarressed then dont be cuz everyone uses the bathroom

There is no need to say anything.
Most people know that when the door is locked,
someone is in there & its locked to keep them out.

If you must, say "Be right out"~~~~
