Yes, in both possible interpretations of your question (they are capable of detecting odors, as well as giving them off). Smell is one of the senses considered in the making of artificial fish baits, and salmon use it as a way of finding their way back to streams where they spawned form the ocean. And sharks are able to detect the scent of blood quite well!

A shark is a fish and it smells blood. Don't know about the rest of them.

salmon find their way home to spawn by either taste or smell, im not sure which. they can sense something like one part in billions of water from their home stream, even from hundreds of miles out in the ocean.
