But a stiletto heeled boot could be just as sexy if not better, lol as it offers more coverage whereas (strappy) heels show skin.
It depends largely what you're wearing as well.

both can be super hot.
but god, i love a pair of heels on a woman whos sporting some wicked jeans. boots can be awesome with skirt, but heels, or a nice shoe -- imagination's wandering a bit .much, heels wins.

Boots for sure, especially long ones. I can't stand those ankle boots that are back in fashion. It reminds me of my youth in the early 80's....LOL.
