Beside the obvious geographical differences?
Not much, except for culture.
However, some of the other folks are right...
British guys have horrible teeth.
American guys tend to be idoits.

the accent for sure![theiraccentiswayhott] also, the culture and language is different. words we use here in america can be used completely different in england. what side of the road they naturally drive on, their money [euros vs. dollars] the style of clothes they wear....and so forth

the english man calls it HUMOUR but the american calls it HUMOR...it's all in the spelling..lol..^_^..
