I need the easiest and fastest way to Shea Stadium from Penn Station. Going to the Mets game on Monday.

Long Island R.R. goes right from Pen Station (33st Between 7 & 8 Ave to Shea Stadium , trip takes 10-15 min tops

Take the LIRR (Port Washington line), and Shea Stadium is the 2nd stop (about 12 min from Penn Station).

If for some reason you miss the LIRR train on the Pt. Washington line to Shea Stadium, take the Broadway/7th Avenue subway line uptown one stop to 42nd Street/Times Square and change for the Flushing bound #7 train to Shea Stadium.
