i believe naruto is stronger..
so far naruto can use the rasengan, the odamma rasengan, the fuuton rasen shuriken which is one of the strongest techniques in the entire naruto world because the 4th hokage coulldnt even perfect it, it uses the wind element which is stronger than the lightning element which sasuke has. naruto can also summon toads and larger shurikens now, and of course he can use shadow clone jutsu.
sasuke uses the chidori, the rakiri, and uses the chidori current which sends the chidori all around his body and through his sword as well, he also uses the the fire element and has a fire jutsu that has not been introduced yet except for when he is about to use it when team 7 finds him but is persuaded otherwise. then of course, he uses the sharingan and mangekyou sharingan.

for now Sasuke is stronger, he has improved the power of Chidori n Sharingan, maybe can use Mangekyou Sharingan n he can change into curse seal level 2.
His ability is Sharingan, Chidori, Nagashi Chidori, Habataku Chidori n Kuchiyose.
Naruto also has improved the power of Rasengan but we have knew that jutsu was not incomplete. I hope Naruto can mastered the ransengan.
His ability is Rasenshuriken, Rasengan, Oudama Rasengan, Taju Kage Bunshin, Kuchiyose, n Sexy Techniques
I also believe Naruto can surpass Sasuke later.

It's hard to say since I haven't seen Sasuke in action, but Naruto's Rasenshuriken is a powerful jutsu.

i would have to say its kinda a tie but sasukes is a bit stronger
naruto's been gone for 2 years training with jiraya it seems short and stuff but imagen you practecing all those hurtfull hard asome jutsus genjutsus taijutsus wow so his pretty strong
sasuke is pretty stronger because his bin working very well woth his shuringun powers ide say even hirer then kakshi's
and he traped orochimaru in this place sorry forgot the name^^ but anyways his gotten alot stronger since he left the village
but if they would have to fight with each other ide say no ones gonna win caz naruto would kill his best friend and sasuke same but he also told hebi(i thinkthats the name if his new team mates) to not kill anyone!
naruto's famouse power is rasengun wich is hurd alot
and sasuke which has his sharingun

it's kind of hard to tell right now. but if I had to guess, I would say Sasuke is stronger.
