30 - 45/5 * 3 + 11 >>>>> 45/5 first, which is 9
30 - 9 *3 + 11 >>>>>> 9*3 next, which is 27
30 - 27 + 11 >>>>>>> 30-27 next, which is 3
3 + 11 >>>>>> finally 3+11, which gives your answer

Assuming everything up to 30 -3+11 is correct, then the step after is wrong. It should be 30 + 8 = 38 (-3+11 = 11-3 = 8)
