I really like the name Ashtyn && my husband likes Karleigh so what if I put the together?

i love the name Karleigh and spelled just like that, but im not a big fan of Ashtyn. idk if its the name i dont like or if its something about the spelling, but it looks really funny.

Carly is just not my style, no matter how you spell it. And Ashton "for a girl" is one thing, but misspelling it to literally sound like "Ash tin" -- a receptacle for cigarette refuse -- is just completely unattractive. If you like Ashton, there's nothing wrong with using Ashton. It's not overly-masculine in sound or meaning. It's from a surname meaning "ash tree town," and surnames aren't generally considered masculine or feminine. Honestly, there's no reason to alter the spelling, especially in a way so reminiscent of a butt-filled garbage can.
