If you could take what you know now with you, what would you do differently?

I would love to back to my early twenties, when I was still naive and everything in life was new and exciting, but I would not change anything, because my experiences are what made who I am today and I like myself.

I would have begun this process of Bhakti (loving devotional service) from the very beginning. in a nut shell to understand that
we are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies.
This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life they can return to the eternal Kingdom where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy. If I would have started from a child I would have avoided so much suffering in my life. I am very grateful that I at least started when I was 27 years old.
For info. Go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita- As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com you can read it on line. Thanks.

I would only go back if I could take with me what I know today and age wouldn't matter. I would never do it all over again without this knowledge. And, yes, it would be very different. I would know which path(s) to follow. If not, I would never go back and do it all over again. I'm not a martyr.

I would go back to the time when my kids were all little. I'd spend more time reading to them, and camping, going to the park, just hanging around and relaxing. I wouldn't have stayed in WV, I would have moved them to Ohio so I could have raised them near my family. Now my kids are growing up, they're all teens or adults and while I'm close to them, I miss the times when all they wanted to do on a weekend was hang out with mommy!

I have always thought I was at my most potent at ten. i have learned enough to realise that the values I had then have remained the ones I have now (quite a few years later). I wanted world peace ( a cliche I know) I wanted my friends to be here forever and I wanted Liverpool to win the championship. Oh well, two out of three aint bad

I wouyld definantly go back to when my life started. i mean, you have all that knowledge of the future. you can make better choices that will change the outcome of your current life. Natrually when you get older, you get a better understanding of the world so you can deal with things so you could have a better future. you could literally create the perfect life. when children are young they dont understand why they do all the things they do. but with knowledge you basically have stronger motivation to do better. i made many mistakes when i was little so i would love to start over.

No. I could not live without my daughter, I mean sure, I would know eventually she would come into my life, but golly, waiting for her to get here would be a pain.
